1.How to download the APP and use the product?
Scan the given QR code or search SUPANESOK in the app shop to download. Connect your device directly to use it. No need WIFI or Bluetooth.
2.Why APP doesn't show pictures?
Please check if the camera indicator light is on and the brightness is adjustable. If it is off, maybe the interface contact is poor, please re-insert and try again.
3. Why the image is not clear?
The best imaging focal length of the product is: 2cm-10cm, please calibrate the distance to the object, or clean the front of the camera with a clean alcohol cloth.
4. Why the camera is hot?
It is normal for the camera to heat up, especially when the camera LED light is on and at the highest brightness. But it does not affect normal use or service life.
